🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at yw56499W@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment method again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
